Return/Shipping Policy

Return Policy:

You have 10 days from the time your package arrives to return your item for a full refund. All returned jewelry items must be in the same condition as was sent to you. No jewelry will be accepted for return if it is damaged, altered / resized or worn. We also offer an exchange for store credit only within 30 days after purchase. All sales are final after 30 days.

Shipping Policy:

Due to our insurance restrictions, we ship out all orders on Tuesdays. All items are shipped via USPS or FedEx, with insurance and a signature required for delivery. A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as our shipping label is created. If you need your items sooner, give us a call at (707) 442-2938 and we'll see what we can do for you. 

Resizing Policy for Web Orders:

Unfortunately we cannot offer ring resizing for online orders. We need to have you properly fitted in person to ensure a correct fit. Although you may know your ring size, different styles of rings can fit differently and be the same size. You will be responsible for any sizing needs you might have.  Please know that a ring that has been altered or resized is ineligible for return. 


Please know that we are also a brick and mortar store, and there is a small chance that an item you purchased on this website could be sold in store the same day. Some new rings can be reordered, but most estate pieces are one of a kind and we cannot replicate them. Understand that should this situation arise we will give priority to the customer who physically comes into our store. We try to update our website inventory every business day before 8pm PST.
